BED AND BREAKFAST RATES - The Suite
Adults: R395 for one person, per night; R360 per person, sharing
Teenagers (13 – 17 years old): Half price, R198 each, per night
Children (3 – 12 years old): R70 each, per night
Babies and Children under 3 years old: No Charge

SELF-CATERING  RATES - The Flat
From R600 per night, for one or two people
R300 per adult, per night
Teenagers (13 – 17 years old): Half price, R150 each, per night
Children (3 – 12 years old): R60 each, per night
Babies and Children under 3 years old: No Charge

PETS
R20 booking levy for one or two pets
R50 booking levy for three or more pets  
Subject to their owners agreeing to abide by our Pet-Friendly House Rules (See below)

DEPOSITS
A 50% deposit is required by a specified deadline, to secure a booking

CANCELLATION POLICY
If bookings are cancelled…
48 hours or less before the due date of arrival, we will refund.............5% of the deposit 
3 to 6 days before the due date of arrival, we will refund....................20% of the deposit
7 to 30 days before the due date of arrival, we will refund...................30% of the deposit
31 to 60 days before the due date of arrival, we will refund.................50% of the deposit
61 or more days before the due date of arrival, we will refund..............90% of the deposit

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF BOOKINGS AT CORAL TREE GUEST HOUSE

1. All rates are subject to change without prior notice
2. A deposit of 50% of the total cost of a stay is required by a stipulated deadline,
   to secure a booking.
3. The balance owing and all other charges incurred during a stay are to be settled
   before noon, the day before departure.
4. Preferred methods of payment: Electronic Funds Transfer,
   Cash or Bank-Guaranteed Cheques.
5. Pet-owners are requested to agree to, and abide by, our Pet-Friendly House Rules, below.
6. The person who signs our Register on his/her own behalf, as the parent and legal guardian of any accompanying children and as agent of any adults in that party, will be requested to accept that the use of Coral Tree Guest House and its facilities may entail the risk of injury or damage to property, and to accept such risks.
7. When we receive a deposit, all our Terms and Conditions are deemed as having been accepted.

PET-FRIENDLY HOUSE RULES
For the sake of hygiene and the convenience of our neighbours and other guests at Coral Tree Guest House, we kindly request that pet-owners should accept the following rules when making a booking, and then abide by them during their stay:

• Discard pet poo as soon as possible
• Clean accidental puddles immediately
• Keep your pets out of the pool
• Keep your gates closed at all times and your pets safely inside
• Please prevent unnecessary barking
• Pets may not be left behind, unattended, at any time
• Pets may not sleep on beds 
• Pets are not allowed on the furniture
